This question may have been asked before but here goes.
I am looking at the 09 Ultra Glide and want to know what goes into it.
So far Iam told the total machine is assembled in the USA.
Motors are made in the US, Breaks in Italy, Suspension in Japan, with very little from China.
I realize we have a global economy but I just found out that BMW is making their "G" series engines in China. :small3d031:
When I bought my KLR I considered a BMW and was told it was made in Germany. I guess you could say I don't like surprises.

Would it be safe to say, most of the clothing is from China?I didn't know the susp. is from Japan? Did Fiat make my brakes?
