The email I get from the Harley dealership posts this which would be a good negotiation point for anyone buying a new bike to use as a bargaining chip for free services but use it after the price is nailed down....

That's a good offer. If the dealer in this area ran that offer and you took your bike in, you would probably be presented with a bill sorta like:
oil n/c,
labor n/c,
shop supplies $275 (still cheaper than thier regular price).

That sounds like such a sweet deal until you start to consider how diligent they'd be servicing your bike for free. I'd rather get a discount on parts and/or accessories or half off the extended warranty.
