some advice on lowering my 2010 rocker c

I have a 2010 rocker c and I had the dealer install the 2 inch aftermarket lowering kit to the bike before I picked it up, but I have been having problems with the seat bracket hitting the rear fender and it gets even worse with my GF on the back (I'm about 175 and shes maybe 105 soaking wet so I don't think were over loading the suspension)
I recently had them remove the lowering kit when it was in for the 1000 mi service so I didn't mess up the rear fender any more than it is.

I guess my question is are there any other lowering kits on the market maybe that only lower it an inch or dose harley make a kit?

the burly kit looks awesome and affordable but I just talked to them on the phone and they dont have a kit out yet for the rocker c

anyone have any input on the progressive lowering kit?
i just want the bike lowered an inch or so and not have to worry about destroying my rear fender when i have a passenger
