I have a 2007 deluxe. All the manuals I see now days are not very specific to one motorcycle but many. What is the best repair manual i can get that will be most specific to my make and model?

I highly recommend getting the HD manual for your bike. I also have the parts catalog which I've used many times.

I agree, the HD parts and service manuals are the best tools you can buy for your ride. Especially if you're like me and can't remember how to put it back together when the parts come a week later. :s

I use the HD service manuals Clymer service manuals and the HD parts list
I prefer the Clymer manuals they have the same info as the HD manuals and a wee bit more and are to my mind better laid out and have all the torque and other settings in tables at the rear of each chapter
