Small brake pedal on a FLSTN: options?

I'm coming from the cafe' racer niche of our sport :newsmile048:. The Deluxe fits my personal taste with the nostaligic look and all, but things look too big.

I know that H-D makes parts that fit many models and years . . . is the brake pedal/lever one of them?

I see that the crossbones uses a set up similar to the Deluxe but makes use of a lever ending in a smaller chunk of metal for the pad. The bend looks as though it'll clear my floorboards. Is the spline size the same?

Any other models/years that might be interchangeable?

Anyone else make this swap or would it be just as easy to fire up the grinder?

I bought an aftermarket extended brake lever for my fat boy and put a dyna foot pad on it,Im real happy with it. Search aftermarket parts to see what year range/ models thing fit on and go from there.
