May also have to do the decarbon thing with the combustion chambers by spraying H20 mist into the intake, and reving engine to prevent stalling, if of course his trike is carbureted...just my 2 cents.

I understand the "different brand of fuel" but not the octane booster ??? If your running 91 octane - why the need for the booster? Now I might go for a fuel injector/carb cleaner -- but a booster?????

The booster as a way of determining if it is a mechanical problem making the noise like a primary chain of if it is a deficiency in the octane needed to run properly. NOT as a cure or long term fix, I should have said that above in the other post.
