Shift Shaft Seal

After discovering a leak which I think is coming from the shift shaft-Ive heard Cometic is the way to go for replacement. Does anybody have the link for them that has RECENT model part numbers, or just the part numbers? I have a 2011 FXDX-need the numbers for pivot shift sleeve and shift sleeve seal. Thanks
