security system problem

I have a 2009 ultra classic, started it and the red security key came on, while driving a noticed that my turn signals quit working,next time I tried to start it,it appears that the security locked it up,everything works but the radio,turn signals and it won;t crank,tried need batteries in the fobs still nothing, fuses ok,tried to disarm the security but the turn signals won't work.
any help before I tow it
