The safest way to do this is with a bike/ATV lift. I would not recommend any other method. You can buy quality lifts at Harbor Freight, Sears Hardware, the metric bike shops, or over the internet. Mine was around $120 from Sears.

There are 2 new tires coming to me from Jake Wilson. and I'd like to take the wheels off and bring them to a bike shop in Georgetown to get the new rubber installed/balanced, so this lifting/securing method would be a help with this too.
