Seat repair..........

Well, hubby took me for a ride on his harley this weekend. First ride since my accident. I cant hold myself up with just my left leg so he wanted me to get on the bike on the opposite side. Well..........I couldnt clear the seat and I layed my leg on the seat with my brace on. He helped me with my leg the rest of the way and my brace put a small, approx. 1" tear in his seat. I felt soooo bad. He didnt say anything but It was the saddened look on his face that I seen. He didnt need to say anything. Is there a way to get this repaired without being replaced?

PS..........The ride was FANTASTIC!!!!!!

It's great to hear you're up and around!! Is it the stock seat? If it's aftermarket like a Mustang, you can probably just call them. Otherwise, talk to the dealer and see what they might recommend.

My choice first would be to go to a place that repairs car/boat seats and discuss your options with them. Do you want to repair the tear or replace the seat cover.

Im hoping to repair it at least till I get away from the brace. Then after that replace the panel or whatever they do. Thanks everyone!!!
