Don't know for certain but very doubtful as the touring model frame changed in the '09 model year. One way to check for sure is to go on to the HD website, find the seat and check fitment compatibility but I am pretty sure it won't fit.:s
I tried to put a '09 CVO Ultra seat on my '07 (same frame as '08) E.Glide. Aside from the front tab which is easy to change, there were other issues that I could not make work. Sorry, but I forgot the exact details.
There is a reduced reach seat that will fit '08 and later models. It is shaped to move the rider about 1/2" closer and 1/2" lower than the OEM '08 seat. The PN is 52619-08A and is the only reach seat that will fit both '08 and later models.
