i have just had my bike for a week a 1200 sportster low it had been standing for over a year . it started fine but ran rough i drained the tank and filled with new gas . gose better but still not right i am going to try seafoam in the gas what are your views it is a 2007 with efi hope this works any advice greatfully accepted cheers

Sea foam is a great cleaning agent, I run a couple oz through my tank every 3rd fill.

It might also be worth replacing the spark plugs and leads as they may have deteriorated from sitting around too long

i got the seafoam today managed to get it off ebay as it you canot buy itwere i am from so it was a new thing to me .but so many people said it was good so gave it a go . can`t belive how quick it worked bike is smoother and not as noisey so thanks to all who recomended it cheers
