I have SE Touring slip ons from my 2001 flhrci, they are in very good condition, no blueing or burn marks, some minor scrathes on the bottoms.
Very loud.
$50 plus shipping takes them.
 
Will they slip onto the stock pipes? Would they eliminate the need for the black exhaust support frame that goes under the pipes?

will fit stock pipes.
Don't know of the support frame you mention.
They have the weldment for the two bolt bkt that attach to the saddle bag support rail.

The ID of the inlet is one and three quater inches if your pipes are that OD they will fit on the pipes, but don't know about the rear mounting.
As for pictures send a PM with your e-mail, thats the only way I know how.

If picture is in your photo album, click on reply to thread. At top of box to reply in you will see a paper clip. Click on paper click, when new box opens you will see box to browse to upload picture from album...........
Then click upload and it will end up in your reply.......
