I have an '08 Road King with SE pipes, tooooo quite for my taste. will removing the baffles be the best option? are there any replacement baffles to get more sound out of my pipes? Thanks, Hector

Removing the baffles you will lose back pressure and scavenging Big City Thunder - Are You Baffled? check this out:s

Good call to go with slipons, save the H-D SE ones if they have the EPA sound cert/numbers on them. As regulations tighten up, you may need to "slip them on" to get bike thru...:s

Cycle Shack, makes S.E. repl. baffles. Give them a look.

I have the SE slip-ons with the baffles removed. Installed BCT Header baffles and the sound is outstanding. It has a deep rumble, not overly loud but it will set off alarms and they WILL hear you coming.

Where are you located? I've got a SE slip on set that are just a bit too loud for me. Might be willing to trade.
