Any one running Screaming Eagle rollers? 18563-02 kit,tappets,XL/TC88 Had any trouble? mine went bad and wiped out the 260 cam Was told I need to replace them with the SE 18572-07 tappets

I just went back in with some standard HD "B" lifters. Not sure what the technical advantage would be in the SE lifters. Here is some interesting stuff on lifters:

Tec at local Harly dealer said I needed to replace thrm with Jims powerglide II' s

Plenty of guys running the standard "B" lifter in big inch perfromance builds; good lifters. PN 18538-99B; $19.16 each from Zanottis; good hardware at a good price.

Assume you are referring to the "B' lifter? Yes, the cam contact is a roller.

thats cheap just paid 360.00 for a set of jims
