Can you remove scratches from chrome pipes without hurting the finish? I have what appears to be small slight scatches on my pipes from what I think was the dealer grabbing them with something to twist on or off during a repair. These are those type of scatches that appear at certain angle and lighting conditions. Not deep enough to feel by touch. My question is can they be buffed out without harming the finish. These are new pipes. Grrrrrr......
