Sat Nav on Ultra

Does anyone know of a sat-nav that can be connected so that it's voice commands come over the radio but allows the radio to keep on playing as soon as the command is given.
I'm sure you can connect allmost any to the AUX input but that would cut out all other functions, wouldn't it?
The HD unit I'm told does this but I've seen many posts here and elsewere that give the HD unit such low marking that I'm now kinda' not so sure about them.
I know there's many Zumo, Garmin, Tom Tom's that are highly praised but the link is for me more important than anything else.

As far as I know, they all play through an unused FM frequency on your radio, so you have to choose either the navigation or the radio. I don't want to use a Bluetooth. If there is another way, I hope someone here would let us know.

As far as I have seen it is one or the other. Some have bluetooth so you could connect to a bluetooth headset if you had one.

My Garmin 660 plays on an unused channel on the radio. One or the other.
