San Diego Ride Wednesday

If all goes as planned, I'm renting a Fatboy for the day (0900 to around 1600 for you military/aviation types) from the San Diego Harley dealer right by the airport.

First, I'm looking for some suggestions on a 200 mile or so round trip I could make maximizing the fun/scenery and minimizing any interstate droning.

Second, if anyone wants to join me for all or part of the day, shoot me a PM. If I get it in time we can exchange cell phone numbers and try and make this work!

Oh well, just like at home, I went out solo!

Rode up through Poway, Ramona, and stopped for lunch at Buffalo Bills in Julian - probably the best apple pie a la mode I've ever had! So much for the diet! Then south to I8 and then just tooled around Mission Beach and the airport area. Awesome day!

Darn it! I read this a day late. Bike had fresh oil and ready to go. Did house work to catch up after Sturgis.

I do know my good friend in oceanside is having his yearly bike fest at his shop joshs bores nest, its killer its on sunday, he is on net look him up.
