Not sure what "reserved balance sheet emerges" means but I used the lexol regularly and it kept the tops tight for me after a few applications.

You put only the cleaner lexol or you rehydrate the surface of the leather later

I usually give the bag a decent coat of the lexol and let it sit a while then wipe off the excess and buff it lightly.

Sorry but If I understood well, you just use only "lexol cleaner" without any other product?

I use the conditioner...

Another good product along the same lines is "leather new"
