S&S Super E Install, will it work?

I have a 02 XL1200 and am looking at installing a S&S Super E Carb. I have stock exhaust (which I want to keep) and am wondering if the S&S carb will work properly with the stock exhaust?

Is there anything else I may have to change to make it work?

Shouldn't have any problems as long as it's jetted properly.
