I just had pipes , ac,& pc installed on my 07st classic. Now it is making a noise like the tire is rubbing when I hit a bump. It is louder when I have passenger. Is it a coincidence or what is going on? It only has 7,000 mi. on it.
 
Possibly when they did the Stage I stuff they did not get the exhaust pipe or heat shields installed properly, or worse they may have unseated the wiring loom or wiring underneath the fender when working on the electrics installing the Power Commander. You may have to reach up with your palm on the tire side, verify with flashlight and inspection mirror to check for low hanging items.
 
I think you may be right on the wiring loom. There is a rub ring on the rear tire about 2" from center on drivers side. I'm glad we found it before it ruined the tire. Thanks so much for your help----Charlie
