RTD and a tuner?? Hi-Flo performance baffles?

2006 RK Classic...with stage 1 download, SE high air flow, and SE slip-ons (when they sounded decent and didnt have SE stamped all over them). I am considering a tuner and RTD's. Why? I like the look and I want a better/louder/deeper sound and better performance. Has anyone used (and/or heard) the Hi-Flo performance baffles you can get with the Rinehart True Duals? Please let me know your opinions...
