Might not be a bad idea to change out the wheel bearings while you are into your project that far. Not that spendy and easy to do.
 
A bit of heat on the bolts to soften the loctite then use a hand impact driver to shock the bolts into moving
these bolts should be replaced whenever they are removed

A dab of antisieze on the torx bit will give you more applied tork with an impact driver try it, we used it for years on rear wheel bearing bolts on GM products up North The Rust Belt:s
