Roadking warranty voided?

Aw heck, I'll put my RKC against it :D

I agree too, the dealers really mess with people and truthfully they S T R E T C H the limits of people believing what they are told.

It's a good thing that their noses don't grow every time they do tell a lie or they would have to build the shops differently so the noses would fit in the door :D

Bunch of Pinocchio's :s
Question should be, Are they as stupid as they think we are?

Quite honestly... I think they are pre programmed at every coffee break!

Think about it for a minute, all the pre programmed responses like...

They all do that...
They all make that noise...
They are supposed to knock going over bumps...
Twin cams are all noisy...
The radio's are supposed to do that...
We fill the oil as per factory spec, must have leaked out..hahaha
I've never heard that before...
Paint is supposed to look like that...
You'll void your warranty if you XXX...
You can only use Harley oils in that thar bike...
Must be something YOU did...
Those parts never break...
Honestly, we checked it out...
I don't hear anything...
I don't feel it...
What leak?...
It's an enhancement, not a defect...(IDS system)
Our mechanics are all factory trained...
Harley parts are american made...
Harley oil is synthetic...
We don't make much money selling these bikes...
These prices are great prices...
Harley's hold their resale... (as opposed to?)

And my favorite of all time.....
You're the first to complain about it...:rofl

Anything I miss???:D

Interesting concept there, but with these tractors that HD builds, I think it just gave them a place to hang the plate and reason being not to many other models have the bar.

If it's purpose was strictly to hang plate they could have left it off my streetglide. Don't get me wrong, not a big fan of liars, and thieves that call themselves professional. I only contend that the bar has purpose. And we all know that sometimes in an effort to make our bikes look or perform to our desires, what HD manufacturing intended gets lost in shuffle, and unintentional side effects (ie doo-doo) do occur as a result.

I'm going to see if I can find an answer to this bar as to whether it has a function or not as far as the integrity of the frame/suspension. If I find anything, i'll post it here.

Should be interesting.

I think it would be great to see their nose grow right in front of you when they lie :D

Yes, they all make that noise ... BOING!:D

I can agree on the lies that the dealers tell. One of the '"sales professionals" told me that anything (as little as changing lenses or light bulbs ect.) could void my warranty .(If I did it myself)

Harley hold their resale (but not when you trade in with us)
Did you let your bike get wet?
Did you use it when the weather was warm?

Harley-Davidson customer service told me when I brought up The Magnuson-Moss Act that they are aware of it but are betting I do not have the time
to pursue litigation when my warranty was denied for doing the 1,000 mile service. By the way the Sportster is the best handling motorcycle H-D has built.
