just ordered my heat shields for my heritage, I know my thighs are gonna thank me . anyone else using these out there?

I have them on my softail. They do help, a well made product and the people that make them are excellent to deal with. Very good customer service.

I ordered the studded model to match up with the studs on my heritage anniv model. They look really good.

Not that the Dyna's dont have heat issues but the main heat issue for the Softail's is the location of the oil tank......... down right unbearable at times without the heat shields.

I ride an '09 EGC....rode 225 miles this past Saturday. Temps were in the mid 90's. Right leg was cooking, even when I put my foot up on the highway pegs. I ordered a set of the heat shields this morning. Hope to have them by the weekend, as I'm leaving for Montana Sunday.

just to bring up to date I have these on the trike, but being in florida it's still hot at the lights and slow traffic.Forget about Main St. during bike week.:cheers
