Rinehart True duel experience

Just bought a set of Rinehart True duels by BUB from Cycle Solutions. After opening them I discovered one of the Mufflers had a dent in it. I called Cycle solutions who told me to call Rinehart.
It turns out Rinehart now has their exhaust manufactured by Clearline not BUB. I spoke with Aaron at Rinehart and he mailed me a new muffler without any hassel. Its great to know Rinehart stands behind their products.

Rinehart's been doing a few name changes recently - good to hear they've re-settled & are back to providing good customer support. I have a set of Rinehart Racing pipes & feel better knowing they didn't fold in today's poor economy. Let's see pics of those pipes when youget them installed...Cheers!

Will do on the pictures. I was glad to see that somebody stands behind their product. They could have put the blame on ups(delivery co) but they did not pass the blame and just made things right.
