Just completed a two day ride through southern Arizona, culminating with a ride up the 25 miles of the Catalina Highway to the summit of Mt. Lemmon. Mt. Lemmon is a tad over 9,000 ft high and the temperature read 29* at the top. No black ice, like another rider posted, but there was some snowmelt on the road. Not much motorcycle traffic traffic but a lot of bicycles. The restaurant at the summit, the Iron Door, was busy, the food was excellent, and the fireplace very welcome. Here are some photos from the ride.
