Rhode Island Coast Scenic Drive

What a coincidence that you should post this Rubyred because I just did that route this past Sunday!! No kidding. I didn't go into Newport, that can get pretty crowded on a weekend andd there aren't any "back roads" in Newport so if it's crowded you can get stuck in traffic. My 4 1/2 ride which was roughly 160 miles and a few stops along the way consist of traveling South from Massachusetts into Connecticut and on down to Westerly. R.I. and then Watch Hill. Love the Carousel! I never did check out the lighthouse though. Then we cruise along Misquamicut Beach, and head north back home via Rts. 91, 3, & of course 102. We must've seen 150 bikes on 102!!
Thanks for posting that! There was some interesting facts there! :s

You are welcome. One of my favorite rides. Have to agree about Newport but the wife likes that town. Westerly is in my back yard,:) I live about 7 miles from the Casino.
