09 Ultra 96" recently my gauges sometimes all turn completely to the right and then back when I turn on the Ignition. Is this a reset happening or what. The guys at the Dealer couldn't answer this.
Sounds like the speedo is going into a WOW test. The side push button may have water in it or is shorted.
The switch will probably read other than infinity on the 20meg scale of your Fluke meter when you test it.
