Replace TPS...TPS Cailbration Needed?

If I replaced my TPS, do I need to calibrate it to the bike, or will the ECM auto-detect? If a calibration is needed, how do you do it on an O3 RKC?

There shouldn't be any calibration needed. The older units had elongated slots for adjustment but the newer ones have a fixed position.
