Removing pinstripe?

    Posting for a friend whos PC is down.

    He had some pinstriping done on his bike (piainted) and now he doesn't like it on the top of his tank, it was done yesterday. Is there anyway to get if off without messing up the cleancoat. It's a black bike. Thanks for any replys.

    Being that fresh and probably striping enamel, some mineral spirits should do it.

    On the tour box of my present trike it had the owners names painted on and I had it removed by a professional painter, they buffed it out and you cannot see where the names were.

    I never heard of using easy off, that would have saved me money to remove the names. Well I learned something today. Thank you.
