It's not hard at all, I did it to my 89 FLHTCU 20 years ago when I was young and dumb. You need a R/K head light set up, R/K gas tank,dash,speedo,key switch and I think the front section of the R/K wireing harness will plug into main harness of the FLHTC harness. Could cost some $$$ unless you can get the parts used from a swap meet or salvage yard or Ebay.:34:
