Rear Wheel Cone Nut Size

    On 07 Road King I believe the rear wheel nut is 36MM am I right?

    Correct. 36mm is the size for the rear axle nut. Great if you have a 36mm socket, but before you buy one and have a 1 1/2", be careful and give it a shot.

    That's what is on my 08 Heritage, would imagine it to be the same.

    That's the size for my '09 Heritage also... I found these sockets at Auto-zone & Pep Boys. Somewhere around $14-18. Good quality too.

    I have the Pit posse wrench and it's a good quality wrench and worth the additional bucks IMO.

    You are correct.

    Glider is correct. The Pit Posse has the fitting to accept a 3/8" torque wrench so you can properly torque nut to 100 ft lbs......

    i was lucky, i had a old 36mm i bought back in 1975 to remove the fan on my old volkswagon:newsmile04:

    I don't mean to laugh but looking at the big dump truck in your profile pic,
    36 mm seems mighty small. :D Welcome to the best HD forum.
