Rear turn signal lamp removal

I need to remove the rear fender & cant figure out how the turn signal lamps are attached. They've been attached to the quick release posts. I don't feel a nut on the inside of the fender.?? Thanks.

you have to remove your struts in most cases

The mounting bolt is hollow. There is an over nut. You back it out, then unscrew the mounting bolt.

Thanks a million for that.. With your info, I was able to go on line & download/print the instructions for my docking kit & relocation kit complete with illustrations. Exactly what I needed to take the thing apart! Love this site!!
