rear turn signal color

hey everyone,,good morning,,,gotta go and get a hair cut, but before i go i have a question...
I live in Florida, what is the legal color for my rear turn signal? amber or red..
have a set of leds on order and waiting for proper and legel color..thanks ryd..

If you are running a run/light/stop module, I believe you must use the red as they are now also brake lights.

Technically DOT turn signals were supposed to be red. What happened was some imports had tail lights that "mixed" amber blinking for turning, but DOT did not reject them...before the flood gates were opened. Most kits that do the running/turn signal conversion include red lens to meet "most" fed, state and local ordinances...stick with the red to be sure for the rear.
