rear brake abs

Rear brake pedal hard just slows down bike. Pedal feels like its hitting metal. when I remove abs fuse the brake works fine.

There have been problems with a valve sticking in the ABS manifold that's behind the right side cover. Unfortunately, dealer needs to be involved.
