Rear Belt Drive Noise

I have a 2004 Dyna Wide Glide with after market wheel set. I experience belt noise. I have replaced the belt. I have had it adjusted tight & loose. I have used Dry Silicon spray which stops the noise temporarily but the noise always returns.
