Thanks fellas. I'm hoping to get the chrome lowers on next week. The original aluminum are badly pitted. I bought the bike used, and previous owner didn't take very good care of it. I have had to replace lots of chrome that was badly pitted. I did that last winter, when I did the engine. I had to replace the transmission side and top cover, cam cover, rocker covers and the head light housing is pitted too. I am likely going to just have that rechromed. You can't just buy the housing any more. You have to buy the whole works which is $1,000 +. I'm sure, I can get it rechromed for much much less than that.

Nice Ride! Cool paint job. Lived in Indiana for the first 32 years of my life and now I've been in Oklahoma for the last 29 years. Still have 2 sons in Indy near Greenwood. Good Luck and Ride Safe
