progressive 412, 11s on 2010 street bob

im intending to buy a pair of these this week, i just wanted to know from anyone that is running these is there any danger of the the tyre rubbing on the tail light wiring inside the fender once the bike has been lowered an inch?
i weigh about 240lb & was going to purchase the heavy duty 11 inch ones but would i be better going with the 12 inch?
