Problem with muffler mounting bracket

My Hookers on my '03 RKC did this. On recommendation, I replaced the rubber inserts....still worked out. I used a little safety wire, and secured the rubber inserts, front to back, in their holders...all good ever since.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'm going to flip the rubber bushing around and use some lubricant on the metal. Again thanks
