Primary and clutch upgrade for a 93 cubic inch merch with a 4 speed

I would like to change my primary set up from a chain to an open belt primary, but my starter is in my primary cover. Does anyone have any suggestions on good open primary with electric start? Its a tranny from a shovel 1971-1984
