Plenty of battery charge but zilch when I press starter

Hi from Australia .. I have a 2009 Nightster/Sportster 1200 ... I recently returned from a month overseas ... when I went to start the bike the alarm went off ... I changed the batteries in the alarm fobs and fully charged the bike battery .... I can turn on the ignition now with no audible alarm but the indicators all flash intermittently headlight bright as but when I press the starter nothing not a click .. zilch .... Just bought a new battery as the original has gone flat & been recharged a few times (because I don't get to ride enough). I live 100kms sorry 60 miles from the closest Harley shop .... hope someone might have had a similar experience ... and fixed

Sounds like you need to pair the FOB back w/your alarm. All the battery swaps probably caused the two to lose programming. Instructions should be in your manual...good luck!
