Pipe location for Rinehart true duals`

I spoke with the gentleman again tonight to discuss what the bike had. He still wasn't sure if an air cleaner was added or not when he took it to the shop. He told me it had an EFI Race Tuner, when I go and look at the bike is there anywhere else I should look for this than under the seat? Guy is super nice but he took it to a shop and had lots of work and it placed on a dyno and I just want to make sure no one took him for a ride and I purchase it without knowing. I am 95% sure I will purchase the bike after I see it.

It should be easy enough to determine if it has a stage 1 air cleaner. Usually is you can see any part of the filter element in any way looking over the edge of the chrome cover, it's a stage 1 setup.
