Overhaul gasket kits: Breathers different??

I found a picture of the Overhaul Gasket Kit #17053-99C and it appears the breathers are different than the -99B kit.
Does anyone know why this has been changed. Have there been issues with the original style breathers or is this another cheap plastic "upgrade" from Harley? This is on a 2010 Touring model.

HD has upgraded the breathers a couple of times. The latest are stamped steel and all comments I've read are good. A overhaul gasket kit should contain gaskets to fit all revisions, if there are differences.

I am completely rebuilding my motor and want the best, not just the latest. I had read that the newest "upgrade" was plastic so I just want to be sure. You never know what to beleive on some of the forums.:wall
