Oil return through bolt holes??

Here is pic of my se heavy breather. I have two questions.
Ok haven't figured out the picture posting thing yet!
any ways here are the questions
1) does harley have a motor that breathes oil through there bolt holes and then drips oil down the side of the motor? ( I was told this by a guy who is not reliable. I have a se velocity cone not a stock set up. On a twin cam fat bob btw.
2) How does harley return crank case vapors back into the motor if not through the air cleaner??

thanks hobbit , that sure was a great help. Well not for me but for another mis informed individual. he actually blamed the air filter for what was obviously a human error. overfilling the crank case In the first place.
