Any one out there having experience with replacing the oil pump? Is this a plug and play job, or a week long bust your knuckles job? Any tricks to the job?
I am looking at aftermarket brands. Any suggestions as to what brand to buy. I see prices from $150.00 to $450.00.

Not a difficult job on the EVO motor. Just pay attention the the key in the drive shaft and get the manual for the finer points.

Not a big deal, but if you need to change out the oil pump drive, you will have to get into the cam chest.

TQ
