My '07 FXSTC at 2000 miles, the oil level dropped about 2 quarts in a 37 mile ride. The oil migrated to the primary case. Take it in and have them remove the clutch cover and see if it runs out, mine poured out.
No sign of a leak or smoke.
The dealer (Danbury HD) picked it up and replaced the crank seal behind the compensator sprocket.
