oil drain plug

The reason for leaving that one alone is it is installed with red locktight and could possibly crack the engine case while trying to remove it. If you loosened it up and retightened it and it does not leak you should be good to go.

I would keep an eye on it to see if a leak develops later. The service manual will be the best money spent on your scoot, good move.

Will do, what if I put some J and B weld around the perimeter of the seal?

No, do not put jb weld around the plug. Most likely it will not leak. If it does, remove the plug and put liquid teflon or tape around it and tighten. Sholuld be good to go

I did back the pipe plug out. I then put it back in and tightened it. Oops. Is that real bad?
