You have it. From what I have seen 2006 do not, but starting in 2007 FL models do.

Put about 150 miles on the bike today. She does seem to run cooler. It's mid 80s here in Florida today, rode in mixed traffic. She never went into heat management and my gauge t highway speed was reading right around 230 degrees, which is normal for my scoot. Never approached heat management. This summer will be the test. I suspect I will end up with an oil cooler later on but, for now, I am happy.
