    Never, EVER use a micro-fiber cloth to shine a hot exhaust pipe.

    I must have been left behind by time i use cotton for cleaning and polishing and have done for many years

    Did it last week by mistake rag fell. I used XXXX steal wool and some wax when cool, came right off. :)

    I did the same. Used Fast Orange hand cleaner (after trying all sorts of stuff)
    and stain came right off. Good luck with that eh!!

    Been there, done that. Brand new slip-ons. No more micro-fiber rags around the bike. :newsmile08:
